Currently, our delivery service is available only within Karachi. Orders from outside Karachi will not be processed at this time.

The price displayed on the website or communicated to the customer is final. Additional charges apply only as stated for delivery or COD.

COD charges will be automatically added at checkout.

Total amount = Product Price + COD Charges, clearly shown to the customer.

Customers can check and verify the product in front of the delivery person before making the payment. Payment should be made only after verification.

Delivery is only available within Karachi.

Estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of order.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification of the claim.
